Walton, Kentucky is a quaint city located 20 miles south of Cincinnati. Nestled in southeastern Boone County, Walton also extends slightly into Kenton County. Established in 1840, Walton is one of the original settlements in Boone County that has since grown to a population of 5,460 residents (according to the 2020 Census).

There are two separate school systems that service the Walton area. The Walton Verona Independent School District & Boone County School District.
