About Park Hills

Developed in the 1920’s, Park Hills is a community located in Kenton County, in Northern Kentucky and is approximately 2.44 miles south of Cincinnati, OH.  The population from the 2020 Census was 3,162.  Also, according the 2020 Census, the city of Park Hills, KY is comprised of less than 1 square mile. 

In 2008 much of Park Hills was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as the Park Hills Historic District.  Residents enjoy tax credits for property improvements with flexible restrictions.  Many of the homes were built between 1939 and 1959. 

Park Hills borders Devou Park which is widely know as a retreat for hikers, golfers, bicyclists, and those looking to relax.  It’s no wonder why Cincinnati Magazine included Park Hills in their list of 10 Great Little Neighborhoods.

Park Hills is home to two blue ribbon private schools: Notre Dame Academy for girls and Covington Catholic High School for boys.
